Folk | | I've been writing songs since the age of 16 and began playing in a few 'pub bands' before forming The Calm with a couple of childhood friends. We went on to support The Bluetones a few times before the promise of glory dwindled and we went our seperate ways in early 2002. Since then, I've been a solo, singer/songwriter and I have opened for Tom McRae at Shepherd's Bush Empire, supported The Young Republic and I Am Kloot, been a guest on a couple of BBC Radio shows and performed at the 'In The City' industry showcase in Manchester. I continue to write, record and perform and having recently moved to York, hope to further my career in a new city.
