Each member attended the same college and formed the band that is in the summer of 2003. Playing countless venues and gigs, Fade to Scarlet have aquired a continually growing fanbase that have stayed dedicated to the present day. Then known as 'ironic' the band played their first gig at the York Barbican's 'Battle of the Bands', the band walked away with the top award 'Best Live Band' and also one of the members with 'Best Performer In Show'. Since then Fade to Scarlet have played in front of 3000 at Chatsworth House in the Peak District and are set to appear in the national magazine TV Hits.
